Shipping policy

Shipping Charge 

A flat rate of $8.50 applies to most orders except those that qualify for free delivery.  We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. Please contact us for a quote if you require express shipping.

Shipping Method 

The bulk of our orders are shipped via Sendle with the exception of PO Boxes and some rural deliveries which we use Australia Post.  When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name.  All orders will be advise of tracking details.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed. Most orders take 2-7 days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take up to 10 days.

 Environmental Impact

The Barista House is commits to minimising the environmental impact of our shipping wherever possible, most of our orders are shipped with bags made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials.
